The Bethel-Tate Girls Golf team competed at the Wilmington Elks Golf Course on August 19th. Olivia made a strong debut, shooting a 63 in her first-ever nine holes, finishing 35th overall.
A standout moment was Olivia making a bogey on her first hole of the day, which set the tone for a promising start to her round. Abby Kelley also had a notable performance, finishing 6th for the day with a score of 48, despite an up-and-down round.
Coach Kelley shared his thoughts: “I’m super pleased with the progress these girls have made in such a short time! I’m excited to see what the remainder of the season has in store for these lady Tigers!”
The team looks ahead to their next match on August 20th at 4:00 PM against West Union.
